Empowered to lead: an advocacy & leadership certification series

Sponsored by Ausome Indy & Tangram

A Transformational 4 Session Group Coaching & Training Experience for Ausome Moms

Final Outcome: Certified as an Advocacy & Support Group Leader

Program Description

Empowered to Lead is a dynamic four-session training and group coaching series designed exclusively for mothers mentoring other moms in the autism community. This program is the next step for those ready to grow in purpose, deepen their leadership, and expand their impact.

Blending self-discovery with real world skills, this experience creates space for personal transformation, leadership growth, and actionable advocacy. Participants journey through four 2-hour interactive sessions, culminating in a Capstone Presentation and official Advocacy & Support Group Leader Certification.

Whether you're offering informal support or stepping in to leadership for the first time, this experience equips you to mentor with confidence, lead with compassion, and advocate for systemic change with clarity and strength.

Who Should Participate

  • Moms mentoring or supporting other families in the autism community
  • Women ready to grow their confidence, influence, and leadership voice
  • Moms seeking practical tools and a community of courageous peers
  • Changemakers ready to create impact through advocacy and support

Program Structure

Each session is a 2-hour in person gathering, blending coaching, skills training, guided reflection, and group connection. The experience builds session-by-session (one monthly meeting) toward a final Capstone Presentation and Family-Centered Certification Celebration on Nov 2.
